In California, Docs rushing to exit Medi-Cal

The LA Times reports that California docs are taking money out of their own pockets to pay for medical expenses not covered by Medi-Cal. In February, the Legislature rolled back Medi-Cal payouts by 10%, further exasperating the problem.
