About our firm
Our agency is an independent insurance and financial planning
firm located in Las Vegas and now serving clients in 30+ states. We specialize in high deductible health plans that are qualified per IRS regulations to work in conjunction with heatlh savings
account plans. Our services are provided at no charge to you in the anticipation that you will allow us the honor to become "agent of record" on your new HSA-qualified insurance policy. Where appropriate and provided for by law, we can provide consultation services on a fee-based basis.
The agency was founded in by C. Dean Richard, JD, MSBA. Mr. Richard is a highly seasoned veteran of the
financial services industry, having entered the business as one
of the original agents with NASE (National Association for the Self-Employed) in 1980. After representing several "association plans" in the 1980's, he made the decision in the early 1990's to become 100% independent, thereby allowing his clients access to a variety of high quality plans underwritten by the highest quality
insurance companies.
In the late 1990's he became one of America's first agents to specialize in medical savings account plans--the predecessor to the HSA plan. His
early involvement in the consumer-driven health plan movement led him to become known first as "the MSA king" and now as
"the HSA king."™
In addition to his extensive experience in the industry, Mr. Richard's professional education background helps to distinguish hime as one of America's most well-respected benefits brokers:
